NEW ROOF
This year, we are needing to replace the roof on our home.
During rainy season our present roof leaks horribly, ruining
our beautiful drop ceilings. We have had the roof patched
numerous times, but we now need to replace the entire roof.
We have a couple of options.
One is to simply replace the roof with another tin roof
costing approximately $1400.
We would like to have a cement roof put on it. These type
roofs are very popular in Thailand. The cost of this will be
approximately $3600.
Rainy season begins again around June.
